Energy bars you need to eat

Energy bars are so delicious and they come in all flavors foe everyone’s tastes. You want to make your own home-made delicious bars? I will provide you then with two of my favorite energy bar receipt:

Cocaine bars are just amazingly delicious (also have a lot of calories, about 500). With these bars you can get the energy you need for breakfast and please your kids with something sweet. For the recipe you need: one cup of sesame seeds, two cups of almond meals, four cups of rolled oats, one cup of pine nuts, one cup of pumpkin seeds, one cup of brown sugar, one cup of cranberries, one cup of apricots, one cup of figs, 500g of your favorite jam (your choice here), 250g of butter, four table spoons of cinnamon and preheat over at 180°c. So here we go: you combine all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix the dried ingredients until they become small sands.

Then melt the butter at a medium heat and add some honey, some jam and cinnamon to make it sweeter. Mix all the ingredients and then remove them from the heat. Combine the wet ingredients with dried ingredients and then place the mixtures in a baking pan (use some baking paper also). Bake it for thirty minutes until the color turns in golden brown. Let the cake cool and the wrap individual bars in tin foil.

Vanilla banana oat bars are very easily to make and surprisingly cheap. You need: three cups of rolled oats, three cups of light syrup, two scoops of protein powder (any flavor will work), one cup of dry milk, one cup of cinnamon, two white eggs, one cup of juice (orange or banana or pineapple is fine), one cup of chopped dates, two mashed bananas. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Once again dry ingredients in one bowl and dry ingredients in another bowl. The wet ingredients can be mixed together. After you mixed all the ingredients altogether you then put spoonfuls of the mixture and form them into bars. You can use a table knife to make it easier. Put the bars in the baking pan. Heat the baker at approximately 310°c and put the bars in it for 15-20 minutes until the color turns into golden brown. Let the bars cool, they will firm up when they cool.
